Meeting Information:
- Club meetings will be held on designated days during the month, that will be posted in advance, so members can plan accordingly.*All meetings are mandatory, unless it is work, family, or illness related. Otherwise your absence must be approved by the Board of Directors.
- Club meetings, events, and social gatherings shall be selected and scheduled by the Board of Directors.
- All club events/outings and social gatherings (NOT including club meetings) will be open to all spouses and families. Everyone is encouraged to invite loved ones for such events.
- NOTE: Toys for Tots is a mandatory attendance, As this is only a once a year event during the Christmas season..... You can choose the other 3 events/fundraisers as you like.
- Each member is required to attend at least 4 club related fundraisers/events per year.
